I’m posting this photo that my nanny took this past week – not only because I *love* it, but because it sort of follows the theme…my kids rarely ‘share’ a photo together…and it’s even more rare that they’re all sharing a (sorta) smile and looking at the camera! 🙂

Can you believe it?? Mike and I have been married for 6 years today 🙂 Crazy.
And even though we have 2 kids who are 4.5 (and one who is 2), it seems like it’s only been about a year or so that we’ve been together (while at the same time…having the comfort level of being together for 50 years!)
Thank you for 6 wonderful years, Mike 🙂 and thank you for breakfast in bed this morning!!

Last week, Marjorie got it into her head that she wanted to build a birdhouse. So we headed to A.C. Moore and found a nice (easy) kit for her and Daddy to put together.
Painting, of course, was a necessity.

Marjorie had her first dance class yesterday. All of the girls were so cute!!
They had ballet and Tap shoes. Marjorie was so excited!
As you can see…she had a hard time looking away from the mirror that covered the wall…

(I swear, I didn’t doctor the eyes here…LOL!)
You may notice that she’s the only one without a little frilly skirt…guess what Mom has to purchase over the weekend. By request… Oh goodie, it’s already starting. 😉

Today is Burke and Marjorie’s first day back at preschool.
I really thought we were in trouble when Burke woke up saying he didn’t feel well.
Then Marjorie came into the room with her backpack and lunch box.
So he was all better and we scrambled to get him dressed and ready on time.
Since we were in a hurry, this is the best picture I got with both of them together.
Once at school, Marjorie went straight for the play kitchen.
And Burke went for the easel.
I think he’ll be just fine.
