If you're gonna shop anyway, I'd really appreciate it if you'd click through my links to help support the growing needs of ballet slippers, art supplies, and soccer shorts. :)
The picture wasn’t taken today…it was taken at Christmas…but my Dad was here for Burke and Maggie’s birthday over the weekend, so I grabbed a whole bunch of pictures off of his camera. And this picture of Logan TOTALLY makes my Monday 🙂

For a long time, if you’d ask Logan what his name was, he’d point to himself and say “ME!!” And while, technically…that’s not wrong…it totally made my day when he figured out that his name is, in fact, Logan. (Which, when I stop to think about it, he always knew…because he’d turn and say “what?” when you’d call his name. Curious.)
(17 seconds)
The thing saying his name to him is his Leapfrog Tag Jr…and I’m not sure why he’s got his finger in his mouth the whole time…
(And a picture to match the video)
"Hi there, Logan!"
Tails
Maggie requested piggie tails today!! She normally doesn’t want me to do anything with her hair (not that I’m any good at it…), or we just run out of time for anything more than a headband after it’s been brushed. But today – when we actually had time – she asked for pig tails 🙂

Logan’s name and Maggie’s request totally Make My Monday!

There was a children’s pageant at our church yesterday. Since Maggie is the only one who will go to Sunday school – she was the only one in it! While Mike was at work, I took all 3 kids with me. Thank goodness I sat beside VP so I could sneak up and see that Maggie was okay in the front while leaving the boys with her. (She also took the following picture on my phone 🙂 Thanks VP!!) We didn’t make it through the whole thing, but we did get to see Maggie’s part.

Before the pageant, we hit Target and purchased a much-asked-for-after-Saturday-night Nutcracker. Maggie was dancing around with it this morning 🙂

And lastly, Maggie was a big girl today and got her hair washed before getting it cut…except that she couldn’t stop giggling because it ticked. Which totally cracked me and Ms. Hairdresser up.
It Tickles!!
Who knew I’d be talking about Maggie for all of those? 😉 All three, totally Make My Monday.
