Veggies!

Just a random gardening update πŸ™‚

The second garden is 7 weeks along.

Second Garden - 7 weeks along

The melon vines are spilling over the back edge πŸ™‚

Melon Vines

We’ve already eaten some beans from it!

The kids helped me pick a few:

There are peas – even though I was sure we planted them too late.

And peppers!

Peppers

Hot peppers too.

The strawberries never took. And I’m fairly certain that one of the plants that we think is an herb we put in is actually a weed…but I haven’t confirmed that yet.

We have some tomatoes growing (semi-wild) where we grew them last year, so that’s cool. And the First garden is doing okay as well … no veggies from there yet, but I can’t wait!!

Saturday Snapshot: The Gardens

Both gardens are coming along nicely!

First Garden - 1 1/2 months along

Second Garden - 1 month along

Cheryl over at Twinfatuation hosts this one. Go over and have a look at what others are doing on this beautiful Saturday.

Friday’s Fotos: Tie Dye, Clubhouse, a Garden, and a Handsome Guy

This week was packed full!

Nanny Jessica did some tie dye shirts with the kids. They came out great!

Logan's Tie Dye (he's sick and not available to model it)

Grandpa, Nana, and Aunt Meghan came to see Burke and Maggie graduate yesterday. Maggie loves having a pixie-sized Nana (read: under 5 feet) to fit in the clubhouse πŸ˜‰
