What…?

I woke up this morning feeling like my ear was stuffed with wet cotton balls. And any time anyone says anything, my ear rings. Ya. Fun stuff.

The wet cotton balls seemed to have gone away, but there’s still a resonating tone whenever someone talks (or screeches or makes any noise of any time). It’s about the same tone as the  beeping of a truck backing up.

A Bloggie buddy mentioned nasal spray might help. Any other idea out there? This is really annoying!!

  1. I had something exactly like that right after I had ear surgery. My ENT told me I could take Claritin D, that fluid sometimes builds up in the ear and taking Claritin D should help the fluid go away. You can always try one dose and see if it works.

  2. This Laura agrees with LauraC. Claritin might help ease the fluid pressure.
I have had those problems my whole life.
    It’s very uncomfortable.

  3. Oh, you poor thing. I have no idea but I hope you feel better soon!!!
