Toddler Sheets

If you read regularly, you know that I bought new toddler sheets for the kids for Christmas. When I went to make the bed, I thought to myself…”Now, how the heck are the top sheets going to stay on?? The kids are usually all over the place.”

Two seconds later, I had my answer. The genius minds who created these sheets made the top sheet HALF fitted. That’s right, there’s elastic on the bottom two corners. So while the kids may thrash about and lose blankets, the top sheet has stayed “tucked in.”

So NOW my question is – why don’t they make the ADULT sheets like this? I sure could use some.

P.S. The sheets are from Walmart:

  1. Oh my gosh!! I would love sheets like that for us adults. My husband is horrible about kicking the sheet out and making it is such a pain every day!!!

  2. I should look for those for Logan – his always end up in a ball at the foot of his bed!

  3. Stop it! Freakin’ GENIUS! Of course it’d not work for our she-child who doesn’t want to sleep under any covers since it makes her bed more challenging to make the next day….eeek. 😉

  4. I want those sheets. *searching teh internets now*

    *dying from jealousy*

  5. My husband would never let me buy the adult version. He is a non-tucker. When I make our bed I tuck my side and leave his hanging out. Yes, it looks bad, and it gets on my nerves but it is better than the ugly looks I get from him at bedtime if he has to thrash around to get them untucked! I think it has something to do with him hanging off the bed because he is tall!
