The Stockings were Hung…

By the Chimney with care…
(Home made by Nana!)

He’s in There…

Burke fell to sleep while in timeout tonight. On the stairs.

So I picked him up and put him in our bed…and he snuggled right in.

I hope this isn’t a sign that he’s getting sick (again)!!

Sick? Who’s Sick?

Logan is home from school today (his fever didn’t break until early this morning…hoping it’s gone for good!!), but that’s not keeping him from playing out in the first snow of the year!

Life at the Zoo Right Now

This just about sums things up.

Just Go Away!!

Another one bites the dust. Logan now has a fever. For those of you keeping score, it looks something like this:

  • Me (bronchitis)
  • Burke (fever)
  • Maggie (fever and bronchitis; finished meds on Friday)
  • Burke (fever AGAIN)
  • Logan (fever)

And Mike hasn’t been feeling well either. In fact, he’s been sleeping for most of the weekend…which – if you know him, you know that’s HIGHLY unusual. The man can’t sit still.

Hoping we’re all healthy for Christmas (and Disney!!!)

Makes My Monday: An Awesome Speaker

With a great turnout!! Love my Moms of Twins club speakers.

Still Not 100%

Maggie STILL has a fever. This has been going on since Wednesday afternoon. It hasn’t been a high, alarming fever…but enough to make her miserable. And she’s keeping things down now…there was a two-day period where all she had was Gatorade.

But as you can see…she won’t be headed to school again tomorrow. (This picture was taken around 4:30pm today.)

Saturday Snapshot: Company Party

Mike’s company had their Holiday Party today…and kids were invited! They had coloring stations set up and Christmas movies playing in the background. I think the CEO mentioned that there are about 30 kids. There are only 12 employees!!

It was cool to meet everyone … Mike works with a great bunch!

As you can see…Maggie was a little droopy. We didn’t quite make it through to the end (but almost!)…and we’re definitely skipping The Nutcracker tonight.
