I mentioned that Burke collided with another kid in yesterday’s post. The poor kid has a fat lip today. And it’s *really* dark under the top lip. The gums as well. He complained that his teeth hurt while eating dinner last night (noodles!) and when brushing his teeth, he made us promise to be gentle.
Luckily, this morning – while it LOOKS worse – he’s not complaining about it hurting. I’d take a picture, but that seems cruel … Since he kind of looks like a duck 🙂

The Zimmer Zoo 
Poor Burke! I just asked Emily if Burke had a fat lip and she said no. So either she’s not very observant, or it isn’t that noticeable to the other kids!!
