There’s Something About Logan

Don’t get me wrong…there’s something about all my kids (Duh – they’re my kids!) But there’s just something about Logan.

When the twins were born, I was naive about how much we’d be stopped in the store and when we were out-and-about. Honestly, I really didn’t mind much. I don’t often like to be the center of attention, but it’s kind of cool to be around the center of attention. So, I’d smile and answer questions and then be on my way.

When I was pregnant with Logan, I was kind of sad that he wouldn’t get all of the attention that the twins got when they were out-and-about. Oh sure – I got looks of “Are you CRAZY, Lady??” when I went out with all three of them…but I figured that was just because I had 3 kids all under the age of 3. (And most people think you’re nuts if you have another child after you’ve had twins. Whatever…)

What I didn’t count on is the attention that Logan gets…just for being Logan. The kid has this magnetism about him that just draws people to him. And then he gets this shy thing going – which enchants these people even more. And to get a smile from him – well, that’ll just about make ANYONE’S day 😉

  1. Ha! That’s exactly how I feel about my Brett. Maybe it’s because they both came so soon after twins… who knows. Great photo of Logan!

  2. Funny how that is? My princess also attracts so much attention on her own.

  3. Great picture. He’s so adorable!
