2008: International Year of the Potato

For those of you who know me … you’ll understand why this is a big deal. Although, I’m not sure why I didn’t hear about it until October! (Thanks to Sharon for bringing it to my attention. 🙂 )

Seriously – an entire year dedicated to the potato. What heaven. What bliss! (ha! No pun intended – really.)
