I love hot air balloons. My husband was suppose to propose on a HAB overlooking the sunrise….but when we got out there it was sooooo windy the balloon operator said “Well, we can go up….but I can’t guarantee where we’re gonna land. We could end up on the expressway or in the water….and most likely will be bumpy a/k/a crash landing.” Yeah, no thanks!
Dude, if they hadn’t offered me a ride I would’ve offered them trespassing charges. But I’m just petty like that. >:) Great pictures!
What a cool thing to have happen! Bee would have peed her pants with excitement over that. She read a book about hot air balloons over the summer, and she’s been pestering us to let her ride in one ever since. I’ll have to show her this post.
